Instructions:

For the children’s chocolate pancakes, prepare the pancake batter. Whisk the flour with milk, egg and a pinch of salt until smooth. Let swell for about 20 minutes (the dough will thicken a bit).

Heat some butter in a non-stick pan and spread a ladle of batter in it. Turn several times with a spatula until the pancake is well browned on both sides. Process the remaining batter in the same way.

Place a bar of chocolate on top of the pancake while it is still warm. Fold in two ends sideways towards each other and then fold in the center again. Let the chocolate melt a little before serving the children’s chocolate pancakes.

Preparation Tip:

You can sprinkle the children's chocolate pancakes with a little powdered sugar before serving.
