Instructions:

To make chili butter, first dice the butter, place in a mixing bowl and allow to become very soft (not runny).

Once butter is creamy soft, add chili powder, chili flakes, salt and honey and beat with mixer for about 3 minutes until fluffy.

Pour chili butter into ramekins and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.

Preparation Tip:

Chili butter can also be decoratively piped on with a piping bag.
