Wash the pumpkin, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into cubes of about 2 cm.

Fry the onion cubes in the canola oil until they brown slightly. Add the squash and fry as well until it gets a little color.

Add the tomatoes, beans and corn, salt and season with cinnamon and chili. Cover and simmer over low heat until the squash is al dente.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of kidney beans you can also use white baked beans. This variant is vegan, if you like you can add sliced sausages, debreziner go well. For more spiciness just use more chili!
