Instructions:

For the chocolate mousse, first beat the eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Then slowly add the oil and water. Sift flour with baking powder and cocoa powder and fold in. Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Allow dough to cool and rearrange with a frame.

For the cream, separate the eggs. Beat egg whites with half the powdered sugar until stiff. Cream butter, yolks, remaining powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Soften the chocolate and add to the mixture. Finally, stir in the beaten egg whites and spread on the pastry sheet and chill for a few hours.
