Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks, add spices and cocoa, stirring constantly.
Sift flour with baking powder and gradually fold in alternately with the milk.
Beat the egg whites until they form snow and fold in the snow.
Bake in a greased pan at 180 °C for approx. 60 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
If desired, cover with chocolate or possibly sugar icing.
