Finely chop the cocoa beans. Chop chocolate into coarser or finer pieces according to taste.

Squeeze condensed milk from chilled tube into large mixing bowl. Stir in cocoa beans, chocolate chips and cocoa powder until cocoa powder is combined with condensed milk. Lastly, fold in whipped cream with a whisk until as fluffy as possible.

Pour the cocoa mixture into freezer-safe molds (e.g. silicone molds), cover with plastic wrap and place cocoa cream ice cream with chocolate chips and cocoa bean in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
