Instructions:

Remove seeds from dates and chop. Peel the ginger and chop as well.

Put the dates, ginger, cocoa powder, hazelnuts, cinnamon and honey in a stand mixer, fill with water and blend to a fine paste (alternatively in a tall container with a stand mixer).

Pour into a glass and serve.

Preparation Tip:

The cocoa-nut smoothie can also be prepared with milk or dessert yogurt.
