Instructions:

Remove vanilla ice cream from the freezer and thaw. Put the raspberries (in case Tk) in a sieve, pour hot water. Mash berries in a tall mixing bowl with an electric chopper. Strain fruit puree through a fine sieve.

Whip the whipped cream until stiff. Fold in orange liqueur and zest. Gradually fold in ice cream. Fill vanilla cream and berry puree into dessert bowls. Decorate with the fresh raspberries, a few mint leaves and a few strips of orange peel.
