For the garlic cream soup with dark croutons, cut dark bread into small cubes and toast in a pan with butter.
Heat the oil and briefly toss the chopped garlic in it and pour in the vegetable soup. Add slices of toast cheese and salt and pepper if necessary.
Finally, thicken the garlic soup with flour and whipped cream.
