Halve the meat loaf, then cut into strips. Cut onion into rings and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Add the meatloaf and fry briefly. Remove both from the frying pan. Pour in vegetables. Add 150ml water, bring to boil, gently simmer at low temperature for 3-5 min. Stir a few times. Rinse chives, shake dry, cut into rolls. Divide vegetables evenly among four plates, add meat loaf with onions. Sprinkle with chives.

Extra tip: Fresh kitchen herbs do not taste as intense as dried ones. Therefore, use a higher dosage for seasoning. 3 tsp. fresh herbs correspond to 1 tsp. dried herbs.
