Rinse the dill, toss dry and chop very finely.

Stir the mustard powder with the vinegar until smooth and mix with the Dijon mustard and sugar, or possibly honey, adding oil to a smooth sauce. Fold in the dill and you’re done! The sauce should have a fine sharp, sweetish taste.
