Instructions:

For the blue Easter eggs, it is best to use white eggs so that the color comes out even better.

Press a nicely shaped herb leaf tightly onto each of the white eggs. Pull a piece of pantyhose tightly over the entire egg and secure the herb leaf with it. Tie the pantyhose tightly at the back end so that the leaf is really tight to the egg and no paint can run underneath.

Place the eggs in a saucepan along with the blueberries and add the vinegar. Pour in hot water until the eggs are covered.

Bring everything to a boil and simmer for another 20 minutes.

Carefully lift out the blue Easter eggs, remove the pantyhose and the herb leaf and let the eggs dry.

Preparation Tip:

If you would like the blue Easter eggs to be even more radiant, put a few drops of oil on a paper towel and polish the finished eggs with it.
