For the eggs in tuna sauce, hard boil the eggs. Skin the tomatoes, cut into quarters and remove the seeds. Heat oil, sauté garlic cubes in it.

Add drained tuna, tomato quarters and strained tomatoes. Season and cook for about 10 minutes.

Wash and dry the parsley, chop and stir into the sauce. Season to taste.

Peel and halve the eggs and serve the eggs in tuna sauce.
