Put elderflowers, citric acid, lemons (cut into slices) and water in a large pot and leave to infuse for 24 hours in a cool place.
Then strain and add sugar and hermetic aid. Leave this again in a cool place for 24 hours.
Now fill the elderflower juice into bottles and seal them. This keeps so up to 6 months.
