For the cookies, mix flour with baking powder and crumble with butter. Knead with sugar and egg and let rest in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.
Roll out on a floured work surface and cut out cookies with different shapes – bake until golden brown. The dough is enough for 3 baking sheets.

The cookies are only so very good, for some variety stick 2 cookies together with jam
