Instructions:

Remove the skin from the onion, halve and cut into rings. Remove the skin from the garlic clove and finely dice. Clean peppers, remove seeds and cut into cubes.

Cut cucumber in half, remove peel only if necessary. If the core is too watery, remove it. Cut cucumber halves into 1 cm thick slices. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the onions, then sprinkle with a little sugar and add the garlic and diced peppers. Season. Sauté for 3 minutes and then add the cucumber slices and briefly soften again with vinegar. Then transfer the vegetables to a larger plate. If you prefer to serve the vegetables warm, put them on a warm plate.

For the fish sticks, use the same frying pan again, add 4 tbsp of water and bring to a boil, then add the Tk fish sticks and sprinkle with the juice of a lemon. Roast for 5 min on each side.

If the water evaporates too quickly, add another 2 tbsp. Do not turn to the other side so often or the breading will fall off the chopsticks.

Arrange the fish on the bed of vegetables and serve with fresh bread.
