A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Prepare an elastic yeast dough from flour, yeast, lukewarm milk, softened butter, lemon zest and salt. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet. Melt butter and brush the dough sheet with it, sprinkle with cinnamon, vanilla sugar, sugar and almond kernels. Spread the sour cream evenly on top. Let the dough rise. Then put the baking tray into the gas oven and bake.
