Instructions:

For the glazed carrots, peel carrots and boil in a little water for about 10 minutes. Drain the water and keep it.

Heat butter in a pan, melt sugar in it, add carrots quickly, stir quickly and roll carrots all around in sugar. Do not allow the sugar to darken.

Then deglaze with very little cooking water, remove carrots from pan immediately and serve.
