Rinse the peppers, cut them in half and remove the core. Steam with very little water and a splash of white wine, crush. Cut the wadjunks into cubes about 4 cm thick. Heat the oil and fry the finely chopped shallots until light brown. Briefly fry the chopped garlic and add the sweet paprika. Then fill up with beef broth and paprika pulp. Let it boil once and add the meat, bay leaves, marjoram, juniper berries, caraway seeds and ground peppercorns. Gently simmer over a mild heat until the meat is tender. Season with chopped lovage and salt at the end.
