For the gratinated cauliflower, divide the cauliflower into small florets and cook in salted water with a dash of vinegar until not too soft.

Chop the onion into small cubes, cut the bacon into strips and sauté in a pan. Add a little oil if necessary. Add the drained cauliflower and sauté lightly as well. Season with salt, pepper and hot pepper. Add the cream cheese and stir until it dissolves.

Transfer to a roasting pan, top with the cheese slices or even sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 225 °C until the cheese melts.

Serve the gratinated cauliflower with salad.

Preparation Tip:

The gratinated cauliflower can be varied with other cheeses. If you don't want bacon, leave it out. However, the bacon gives the dish a fine spicy note.
