Wash tomatoes, cucumber and bell bell pepper and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and cut into rings or strips.
Put the vegetables in a bowl with the olives and mix.
Cut the feta into cubes.
For a dressing, mix olive oil with vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
Marinate the Greek farmer’s salad with the dressing and garnish with feta. Add a few basil leaves if desired.
