For the guacamole, peel onion and garlic clove and chop very finely. Pluck the cilantro leaves from the stems and chop finely, chili pepper also chop very finely.

Cut the avocados in half, removing the pit. Scoop out the flesh with the help of a spoon and place in a bowl. Immediately pour the lime juice over it and mash the avocado pieces into a pulp with the help of a spoon. Mix well with the remaining ingredients. Once prepared, immediately cover the guacamole with cling film and refrigerate to keep its beautiful green color.

Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Cut into small cubes and sprinkle over the guacamole just before serving.
