For the ham croissants, cut the ham into small cubes, mix with cream cheese, season with pepper, salt and lovage.

Cut the defrosted puff pastry into 8 equal triangles and brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg yolk. Spread the mixture evenly in the center of the dough pieces.

Form croissants and brush with egg yolk. Line the baking tray with baking paper. Wet the paper a little with water and place the croissants on it. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for 25 minutes.
