Instructions:

Finely grate flour and cold butter. Mix powdered sugar and egg until creamy. Mix the grated hazelnuts with the flour-butter-grating, add the egg mixture, mix the whole thing together.

Roll out (2 cm ø) and leave to cool. Cut into slices 1 cm thick and spread evenly on a baking sheet 2 centimeters apart. Bake at 200 °C until done.
