Instructions:

For the cheesecake, first mix the ingredients for the base well, pour into a springform pan lined with baking paper and press down. Pre-bake in the oven at 165 °C for 5-10 minutes.

In the meantime, for the filling, mix the low-fat curd with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add the sour cream and the cream one after the other.

Beat in the eggs one at a time and stir gently. Be careful not to form too many air bubbles. Bake in the oven at 165 °C for about 1 hour (if the cake rises, briefly open the oven door. This will prevent an irregular shape).

Let the cheesecake cool for at least one hour with the oven door slightly open (simply clamp a wooden spoon or dish towel between them).

Finally, mix all the ingredients for the topping until smooth and pour over the cooled cheesecake. Spread the fresh blueberries on top and refrigerate overnight.

Preparation Tip:

Of course, other fresh berries or fruits are also suitable for the topping on the cheesecake. Berries have the advantage that they are low in calories despite their sweetness.
