Instructions:

Crumble the chocolate and place in a saucepan with the whipped cream. Allow to melt in a bain-marie or over the lowest gas flame. Mix in cold butter in flakes. Bring to the table hot. Add to “Pear Helene”, vanilla ice cream.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
