For the baked jam foam, mix the jam with Cointreau. Heat over low heat, whip the egg whites until firm.

Gradually add sugar and beat again, add half the jam by the spoonful and continue beating a little more.

Fold in the remaining jam, divide the mixture among four small baking dishes, bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 8 minutes.

Serve the baked jam foam sprinkled with sugar.
