Instructions:

For the kohlrabi fries, preheat the oven to approx. 200 °C – 220 °C. Coat a piece of aluminum foil with a little olive oil and place on the rack.

Peel the kohlrabi and cut into sticks (approx. 1 cm thick). Spread the sticks on the aluminum foil, salt and season to taste (e.g. chili, garlic, pepper, …).

Put in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Turn once in between.

Preparation Tip:

It goes well with, for example, yogurt sour cream dip. Or serve the kohlrabi fries as a side dish with grilled meat.
