Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

The kohlrabi are cleaned, peeled and cut into small narrow slices. Sauté them in hot lard and in a covered saucepan after salting them first. (The flavor only comes out properly when the kohlrabi are as soft as butter). Flour is sprinkled on top, browned for a few minutes and cold water is poured on top. 10- 15 min. is cooked, noodles can be put in as a soup ingredient.
