Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 150 °C. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the meat in it all around. Then keep warm in the preheated oven.

To preheat, place the Kornspitz on a separate tray in the oven as well.

For the cottage cheese, wash the chives and chop into small rolls. Mix the cottage cheese with the chives and horseradish, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

Wash and core the apples and cut into narrow wedges. Immediately mix with lemon juice.

Cut the chicken breast into narrow, flat strips. Slice the corn on the cob. Spread bottom halves thickly with cottage cheese. Layer apple slices and chicken strips closely on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Fold up Kornspitz, fix each with a toothpick as needed and serve.
