For the light turkey sausages, cut the frankfurters lengthwise, not all the way through. Fill with cheese strips and wrap around the loin, pinning each with 2 toothpicks.

Fry in canola oil until brown on all sides, removing toothpicks in between.

Serve the light turkey sausages with potato slices and salad.

Preparation Tip:

Serve with mustard and ketchup with the light turkey sausages.
