Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Prepare pasta in salted water with a piece of butter al dente. Peel the lyonnaise and cut into half slices. Cut onions and leeks into rings and sauté them together in a frying pan in a little butter. Fold in the paradeis pulp and extinguish with the clear soup. Season with salt, pepper and rose paprika. Butter a gratin dish, pour in a layer of noodles, on top a layer of lyonnaise mixture, then repeat noodles and so on.
Finally, pour eggs mixed with whipped cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
