Instructions:

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Knead minced meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, mustard, salt and pepper into a smooth mass.

Form the meat mixture into six even balls and flatten.

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the meatballs in it on both sides.

Arrange on a platter with halved cocktail tomatoes and parsley.
