Instructions:

For minced meat loaf with zucchini, soak the toast in water. Then finely dice the onion.

In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the squeezed out toast, the onion and the egg as well as the spices and the mustard and form small loaves (approx. 12 pieces).

Fry them in a pan with not too much oil.

Cut the zucchini into slices and then into quarters. Lightly salt and fry in very little oil.

Arrange the minced loaves with the zucchini.
