Instructions:

Soak the rolls in water and squeeze well.

Cut onion into small cubes and roast in clarified butter until golden, add to mince.

Mash the soaked bread with a fork in the minced meat. Season with pepper, marjoram, salt, crushed garlic and finely chopped parsley. Add the egg, knead well and season.
