A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Brush the mushrooms, cut into strips, sprinkle with a little juice of a lemon.

Finely chop the garlic. Rinse and clean spring onions, cut diagonally into small pieces.

Roast the mushrooms in the oil until crispy, remove from the frying pan. In the pan fat, sauté the spring onions with garlic, add the juice of one lemon, vegetable stock and water. Fold in mascarpone and chopped parsley, season with salt, season with pepper.

Cook the pasta in salted water for about 8 minutes.

Fold the mushrooms into the sauce, serve with the pasta, sprinkle with freshly grated cheese.
