Instructions:

Soak the microwave roma pot for at least 15 min.

In the meantime, clean the mussels thoroughly with a brush under running water. Discard opened and broken mussels. Drain the mussels on a colander.

Peel and dice the onion and carrot. Slit the leek, rinse and cut into fine rings.

Put the vegetables with the spices in the Roman pot form, season with salt and pour the wine. Cook without the lid for 8 minutes at 600 watts.

Put the mussels in the pot and cook them for 4 to 6 minutes at 600 watts with the lid closed, stirring once after half the cooking time.

After a short resting time, bring the cooked mussels to the table sprinkled with the chopped parsley in the roman pot. Pick out and discard any mussels that have not opened.

Offer crusty white bread to go with them and with the sauce.
