Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 160 °C convection oven. Coarsely chop the blueberries.

Grease a muffin tray with 10 g butter.

Wash the orange with hot water and grate the peel. Mix flour, sugar, pulp of vanilla bean, cinnamon and baking powder.

Add the rest of the butter and eggs and mix with a hand mixer. Mix orange zest with blueberries and lemon juice and fold into batter.

Divide batter evenly into muffin cups and bake for 10-15 minutes (test with chopsticks).

When cool, serve the muffins sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Preparation Tip:

It is best to use frozen blueberries for the muffins. Process immediately when frozen, do not allow to thaw.
