Instructions:

Mix the mascarpone and orange juice in a baking bowl. Then fold in the whipped cream and the syrup.

Freeze this amount either in an ice cream maker or possibly in a baking bowl for about 2 hours in the freezer. Take out and stir from time to time.

Put the chocolate in a saucepan and melt it in the orange liqueur with 4 tbsp. water on 1 or possibly automatic heat 2 to 3.

Peel the oranges like apples and pick out the fruit fillets with a sharp kitchen knife between the separating skins. Remove the ice cream and shape into balls with an ice cream scoop. Arrange in portions with the orange fillets and chocolate sauce and bring to the table.
