Instructions:

Rinse the bell bell pepper, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Peel and finely dice onion and garlic clove.

Mix oil, eggs, curd cheese and salt. Add baking powder and flour and knead into a smooth dough. Roll out dough thinly on a floured work surface to the length of the loaf pan.

Preheat oven to 175 degrees.

Sprinkle bell pepper, onion and garlic with salt and pepper and spread evenly on dough. Roll up dough from the narrow side and place in the greased pan with the seam facing down. Bake the bread for about fifty minutes.

At the end of the baking time, brush with milk and rest in the pan for fifteen minutes, then cool on a cooling rack.
