Instructions:

Cut the peppers into quarters, remove the stalk and core. To skin, grill the peppers in the oven with the outside facing up until the skin blisters and turns black. Place in freezer briefly, then remove skin.

Mix the cream cheese with all the remaining ingredients – except the prosciutto. Cut prosciutto to the size of the bell pepper pieces. Spread a little cheese mixture evenly on the prosciutto and place the bell pepper pieces on top. Top with a tiny bit of cheese mixture and roll up tightly from the short side.

Cover and place roll in refrigerator for 1 hour to firm up. Next, cut into 1 cm wide strips and pin each roll with skewers.
