For the pea-mint soup, peel and dice the onion. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onions in it. Add peas and mint leaves, pour in soup. Simmer for 10 minutes and puree soup with a hand blender.
Delicate people enjoy the soup with crispy croutons. For this purpose, toast white bread cubes in a little melted butter until golden brown, put them on the pea-mint soup and serve immediately.
