Instructions:

For the pea soup, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic cloves and sauté in a little butter.

Add frozen peas and deglaze everything with soup and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add creme fraiche and puree everything with a hand blender.

Sprinkle or garnish with fresh chopped mint.
