Instructions:

Puree peas and shallots with hot soup in hand blender.

Mix in a saucepan with the milk using a whisk. Add salt and bring to the boil.

Cut ham into fine strips, sausages into narrow slices. Finely chop the parsley.

Add to the soup and bring to the boil again.

Arrange the soup and serve.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of frankfurters, you can also use debreziner. This gives the soup a spicier note.
