Try this delicious pasta dish:

Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan, stirring. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems, rinse and dry. Grind the mint, borage, pine nuts and olive oil together, this is best done in a hand blender.

Season with salt and pepper. Add olive oil repeatedly if necessary until desired consistency is reached.

Cook macaroni in salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente and drain.
