Instructions:

For the pizza dough, put all the ingredients in a baking bowl (yeast last) and knead thoroughly with the dough hook until the dough separates from the edge of the bowl. Keep the dough warm with the lid closed until it has doubled in size. Knead again and let rise once more.

Roll out dough thinly, shape into desired shape and top with toppings as desired.

Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 min.

Suggestions for toppings:

Pizza Neapolitana: tomatoes, peppers, cheese, salami, oregano, white bell pepper.

Minced pizza: parsley, minced beef, onion, marjoram, salt, pepper, chervil, garlic, sage, chopped olives, chopped capers, grated cheese, green bell pepper, tomatoes.

Pizza Tuscan: onion, tomatoes, parsley, thyme, garlic, oregano, cheese, salami, anchovy fillets.

Preparation Tip:

Make sure that the pizza dough is thin and the toppings are not too abundant, otherwise the pizza will be too moist and possibly undercooked.
