Instructions:

For the plum punch, first put the spices in a tea bag.

Then boil the water with the plums and hang the tea bags and the spice bag in it. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.

Remove the tea bag and spices and blend the tea and plum mixture with a hand blender.

Peel the lemons thinly and squeeze out the juice. Save the zest for decoration.

Now add the remaining ingredients and heat again but do not boil.

Pour the plum punch into tea glasses, clamp a piece of lemon peel on the rim and serve.
