Instructions:

For the potato meatballs with yogurt-garlic dip, first prepare the dip. For this, mix yogurt and crème fraîche in a bowl.

Mix in the pressed garlic, salt and pepper. Leave to infuse for some time. Peel and cut the onions. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a frying pan and sauté onions until translucent.
