Gets color and freshness from bean pods. The meatballs are hearty and with lots of paprika seasoning as well as cumin, a savory delight. The dill in this may baffle, but in Austria it is a typical bean seasoning, and it actually fits brilliantly.

In the meantime, finely dice onions and garlic and gently sauté in a frying pan with hot oil (or lard) until soft.
