For the potato wedges, “boil” the potato for about 15 minutes, then cut into quarters (larger potatoes can also be cut into eighths).
Mix oil and spices in a freezer bag, add the divided potato, twist the top closed and mix the potato with the oil-spice mixture.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C and bake the potato wedges in the oven for about 25 minutes (depending on the size and degree of pre-cooking).
